Liubomyr Hyra — Kyiv, Ukraine

You bring the business problem. I find the technical solution.

Websites, booking and quoting systems for car rental and auto services, construction and home services — and the build side for design studios.

No spec required. Tell me what the business needs to do.

The starting point

Most sites don't fail loudly. They just don't do anything.

Every project starts from something that already hurts. If none of this sounds familiar, you don't need me yet.

  1. 01 Slow on the phone your customer is holding
  2. 02 The developer who built it has disappeared
  3. 03 Something breaks after every update, and nobody knows why
  4. 04 Bookings still come by phone and go into a spreadsheet
  5. 05 Enquiries land in an inbox and get retyped into the tools you actually use
  6. 06 Changing a price means writing to a developer
  7. 07 A new service, branch or language is a project in itself
  8. 08 Customers search for what you do and find someone else
  9. 09 It exists. It doesn't bring in work.

What I build

Sites, systems, and the connections between them

WordPress is a tool, not a constraint. When another stack fits the problem better, I use it.

How I work

I don't start with code. I start with the question.

  1. 01

    You describe the problem

In plain language, in writing. No spec needed — working out what to build is my job, not the price of entry.

  2. 02

I come back with a scope and a number

What I think the task actually is, the options with their trade-offs named, a fixed price and a date. Before any work starts.

  3. 03

I build, you see it as it goes

Architecture, development, integrations with the tools you already use, and testing done by breaking it on purpose.

  4. 04

    It launches and stays yours

Measured against the performance budget we agreed. Domain, hosting and code in your name from the start; your team runs it without me.

Selected work

Problems, and what solved them

Systems and builds for the niches I work in. Every case starts from what hurt, not from what was built.

Automotive · Van rental, Warsaw

151 vehicles in one catalogue, four contract types, one enquiry

A rental fleet with four contracts and one booking flow

Van and minibus rental in Warsaw. Short, medium and long-term hire plus a replacement vehicle after an accident — four different contracts, one catalogue, one enquiry form.

Automotive · Detailing

12 services priced on the page, before any call

A detailing shop that sells measurements, not adjectives

A detailing build for a niche where every competitor sells the same words. This one sells numbers: paint depth per panel, prices published before the call, five jobs documented.

The price on the screen before the phone call

A cleaning build that answers the two questions which normally cost a phone call — what does my home need, and what will it cost — before anyone has to call.

What you get

The goal is not to launch a website. It's what happens after.

Fast on a customer's phone

The three numbers Google judges a site by, measured on a mid-range phone on 4G — not on my laptop.

Stability

Updates go in without taking the site down. No monthly firefighting.

Grows without a rebuild

A new service, branch or language gets added, not bolted on.

You stay in control

Change a price, a photo or an opening hour yourself. No developer in the loop.

Only what earns its place

A feature that does not help the business only inflates the budget. You pay for the result, not for the feature count.

The right tool, not my favourite one

The stack is chosen after the problem is understood, not before. Sometimes that means you need less than you came to ask for, and I say so.

Works with the tools you already use

  • Booking
  • Payments
  • CRM
  • Maps
  • Forms
  • Quizzes

Findable for what you do

Every service and every location is a page Google can read. Rankings are earned after; this is the base.

Scope and timing

From a single fix to a whole system. Same method at every level.

Find the row that sounds like your task. The range is what it costs with me, so you can tell before writing whether it fits your budget.

  1. By size

A single task Fix, add, speed up or connect something on a site that already exists Days $600 – 1,500
  2. Landing or brochure site One page or a few, one goal, built to convert rather than to exist 1–2 weeks $2,500 – 4,500
  3. Corporate website Structure, content your team edits without me, SEO foundation 3–6 weeks $6,000 – 12,000
  4. System with its own logic Calculator, booking, complex filtering, catalogue, interactive map, custom admin interface 6–12 weeks $14,000 – 25,000
  5. Any size

Integrations and automation CRM and REST API, data exchange between systems, non-standard connections From 2 weeks $3,000 – 9,000
  6. Technical partner Your developer without the payroll — for a business, or white-label for a studio that needs the build, not the design Ongoing $2,500 – 4,500 / month

Fixed price, half up front · Monthly, rolling · White-label for studios

The low end is the row as written; the high end adds tools to connect, extra languages or locations, or an old site to carry over. 'From' shows only the bottom, so both ends are here. Your figure is one number, fixed in writing before any work begins.

Describe your problem

About

You don't need to know how to build it. That part is mine.

You talk to the person who will write the code, so nothing is lost between understanding the problem and solving it. I work directly with businesses, and as the build side for agencies and studios.

WordPress is one of my main tools. It is not the job description.

Questions

Before you write. What people ask first.

Not on the list? Ask it directly

No. A problem described in plain language is enough. Working out what needs to be built is part of what I do, not a prerequisite for hiring me.
No. Write to me and we settle the problem, the scope and the timeline in the same thread — what we agree stays in a message we can both re-read. If a call is faster at some point, we book one.
No. WordPress is one of my main tools because it fits most business sites well. When a task is better solved another way, I say so before we start.
That is a requirement in every project I take, not an extra. The admin interface is part of the deliverable and it is built for your team, not for me.
Anything I built that breaks within six months of launch, I fix at no charge. You pay half at the start and half before launch. The domain and hosting are registered to you and the code lives in a repository you own, from the first day — if I vanish, you lose a developer, not a site. Ongoing work, if you want it, is monthly.
Yes, as a technical partner. You keep the client relationship and the design; I make it work without flattening it. The terms are on the white-label page under Services.

End of scale

Describe your problem

No spec and no call required. Write what the business needs to do, and I'll tell you how it can be done — including when the honest answer is that you don't need me. Everything after that is settled in the same thread.
