When you need this

Your offer is complicated and the visitor cannot pick for themselves. They do not know which package fits, which service their case needs, or what to ask for. A contact form asks them to write a brief they are not qualified to write, so they leave. A quiz asks a few things they do know — the car, the house, the deadline — and does the translating for you.

One test first: if your offer is simple, a quiz is a gimmick and a plain form will do better. I say so before you pay for one.

What I actually build

  • The questions, designed backwards from the recommendation. If an answer cannot change the result, the question is cut — every extra step loses people.
  • Branching, so nobody is asked about a van after saying they need a car.
  • A result with a reason: “Package B, because you said X and Y.” A vague label is not a recommendation.
  • The answers delivered with the enquiry, into your inbox or the tools you already use. This is the real product: your first conversation starts already knowing what you would otherwise spend its first minutes asking.
  • Counting where people stop, so a weak question gets fixed rather than guessed at.

Where this shows up in my work

No published build is a quiz on its own. The nearest is A rental fleet with four contracts and one booking flow: the enquiry form changes shape with the rental type chosen, asks only what applies, and the first call starts with the facts already on the table. The price on the screen before the phone call, a demonstration build, shows the other half — three questions, one answer, nothing to submit first.

What you get

Enquiries that arrive already sorted, with the answers attached, from people who now know what they are asking for. The price is fixed in writing before the work starts.
