When you need this

You are a design studio or an agency with a finished design and no one to build it. The last developer vanished mid-project, or shipped something that did not match the mockup and took weeks to argue back into shape. Your client asked you for the site; you would rather not hand them a stranger.

What I actually build

Your mockup, built as it was drawn. Before I start, I list what the file does not show — hover and focus states, empty screens, a headline twice as long as the placeholder, a form that fails — and your designer decides each one in a message, not a meeting.
A custom theme, no page builder, so the design is not flattened to fit a template.
An admin your client’s staff can run without you or me. A new price or photo is not a ticket to the studio.
Delivered under your name. Your client stays yours: I do not contact them, and if they write to me, the answer goes through you.
Scope and dates in writing before any work begins, and an update at each stage written for the client, not for a developer — you forward it, you do not translate it.
Code in a repository you own from the first day. Anything of mine that breaks within six months of launch, I fix at no charge — the same terms a direct client gets.

Where this shows up in my work

Cosmotrade — a course catalogue in Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. Every layout there holds the longest of three languages, the test a mockup meets when the real headline is twice the placeholder.
